Isohara Seaside Hotel

The guest rooms at this coastal hotel offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The newly built open-air bath, Tenku Rotenburo, allows guests to enjoy views of the night sky or rising sun while soaking in a natural hot spring.
The in-house restaurant, Kihei, specializes in fresh seafood delivered directly from the nearby harbor, locally-produced rice, and vegetables. Options include dinner sets with a main seafood dish, a la carte dishes, and the chef’s recommended menu. The seafood and rice bowls are a hit among guests. For example, the Satoumi Bowl features mixed fresh seafood, while the Maika Bowl is topped with squid sashimi with a specially brewed soy sauce.
In winter, the hearty anglerfish hotpot is a must-try! The soup is made using miso paste, anglerfish liver, and seasonal vegetables. Adding rice to the soup even makes a delicious rice porridge.

Yamizo Hot Spring

This publically-run hot spring bathhouse is located on the banks of the Okukuji River, surrounded by the abundant nature of the mountainous area.
There are themed baths according to the season. In autumn, you can soak in a tub filled with floating apples. Alternatively, in May, bathers can soak in sweet-sedge scented waters.
The grounds of the bathhouse also feature a 16 hole golf course.
According to customer requests, the hotel will prepare Japanese-style course meals with Hitachi Wagyu Beef or Okukuji shamo chicken dishes.
