Japanese Food

Sansui offers a range of Ibaraki local specialties such as anglerfish hotpot, natto (fermented soybeans), and Okukuji shamo wildfowl dishes.
Kamameshi, individual pots of rice simmered with seasonal ingredients, is another well-known dish here. It is made using recipes passed down through three generations. At Sansui, the kamameshi is cooked with Koshihikari-type rice. The traditional cooking methods and variety of ingredients make this rice dish popular among all ages.
From tatami and individual counter seats to private rooms for events, Sansui is an excellent choice for any occasion. It is also the perfect place to experience the Ibaraki's regional cuisine!
