The guest rooms are located above a pottery studio on the property's second floor. The living room opens to a veranda with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Bedrooms are in the cozy attic, which is perfect for children to feel like they're staying in a secret room! There is also a Japanese-style tatami mat bedroom.

Guesthouse Ragnarok

This guesthouse is a 15-minute walk from Akatsuka Station along the JR Joban Line. It offers easy access to the nearby Uchihara Aeon Shopping Mall and Mito Station.
The guesthouse building itself is housed in a former architect's residence and offers stunning views of Otsuka Pond. The garden is perfect for BBQs in the summer. Swans also frequent it during the winter months.
There is also a "super sento" public bathhouse nearby. It is the perfect place to relax and refresh after a long day of experiencing Japanese culture.
