Kashima Central Hotel

Ayame Ryokan Inn

This long-established Japanese-style inn is situated near the Kita-Tone River in the small city of Itako.
The inn’s riverside location means stunning views, including traditional boats visible from guest rooms and the hot spring bath on the fifth floor.
Items commemorating Noguchi Uji, a famous poet born in the city, are displayed around the hotel.

Ikoi no Mura Hinuma

Ikoi no Mura Hinuma is located off the shores of Lake Hinuma. The Hinuma Onsen, known as the "Bijin no Yu," is characterized by its soothing hot spring water to beautify the skin. The view from the large communal bath is beautiful, including a view of Hinuma that changes with the seasons.
There is an outdoor pool during the summer holidays, which is popular with children. You can enjoy course meals using seasonal ingredients depending on the booking date. In addition, the taste of freshwater clam juice from Hinuma is excellent.
During the winter months, the delicious hotpots are a must-have dish. Local specialties, such as melon and dried sweet potatoes, are also sold at the shop.
