Izumiso, a traditional Japanese inn next to Lake Kasumigaura, prides itself on its freshwater fish cuisine. Not only can you rent and return your bicycle here (reservations required), but the inn also provides washers and dryers. Plus, there are some rooms where bicycles are allowed to be brought inside!
