This facility in northern Ibaraki offers visitors the chance to enjoy water activities on the Ryujin Dam Reservoir.
From the lake, you can look up at the Ryujin Suspension Bridge—one of Japan’s longest pedestrian bridges—and watch bungee jumpers take the plunge, all while enjoying activities such as canoeing, SUP, and rubber boat tours.
These include guided water excursions that take you to hidden waterfalls, unique rock formations, and secluded gorges accessible only from the water. A guide accompanies all tours, so even beginners can participate safely (English support available; reservation required).
The facility is equipped with changing rooms and showers, making it a popular spot to try a variety of activities.
