Mimatsu Hotel

Located in central Mito City, Mimatsu Hotel is a convenient hub for business and leisure. The accommodation offers comfortable rooms to support guests in the business scene. There are two in-house restaurants: Western bar "Ginger" and Japanese restaurant "Bisai" Additionally, three banquet halls are on the premises. Ocean Front Hamada Kan

Ocean Front Hamada Kan is a small, traditional Japanese inn that was renovated and reopened in 2014. It faces the ocean with Ajigaura Beach right nearby. The seven available rooms are spacious with various concepts. There are rooms with large windows and balconies allowing you to enjoy the sea, or with terraces on the hillside to gaze at the sky. You'll find yourself soothed by the ocean view and the sound of the waves in a private space.

Another charming feature of the inn is the specialized cuisine made with Ibaraki ingredients. The seafood is bought at the auction every morning by the owners themselves and served as dishes corresponding to the seasons. The crab seafood soup is especially popular. After your meal, enjoy latte art made by the young proprietress with SAZA COFFEE, a local blend. The inn has great accessibility to Hitachi Seaside Park, a scenic spot famous for its nemophila flowers and kochia bushes.

Auberge de Y

Located in Kasama City, Auberge de Y provides guests with a relaxing stay while surrounded by nature in the mountain village. Upon first sight, you will see a large, well-maintained, elegant garden, divided into two parts: a Japanese garden and a Western-style garden.
The second floor of the storehouse was renovated into the signature restaurant. You can enjoy Japanese and Italian food made with homegrown vegetables while admiring the elegant gardens.
You can enjoy the serenity here or participate in various workshops for a fee. The experiences offered include seasonal vegetable harvesting, cooking classes, barbecuing, quilting, and pottery making.
*Only women and their families are allowed to stay at the hotel. Please make a reservation in advance for the workshops.
