A popular spot that features locally sourced ingredients from Ibaraki.
Tonkatsu is a traditional Japanese dish that features cuts of pork—such as rib roast, loin, or fillet—that are breaded and deep-fried to golden perfection.
The meal features juicy, locally branded Rose Pork, accompanied by cabbage, pickles, rice, and soup as a set. Rose Pork is known for its natural sweetness and rich umami flavor. The first bite is best enjoyed with just a sprinkle of salt.
It's also delicious when dipped in a blend of sweet and spicy sauces mixed with ground sesame.
In addition to the standard set menu, there are options that include salads made from local vegetables or add-ons such as fried shrimp.
