Central Golf Club

Eastern Ibaraki
Namegata City

Central Golf Club is a golf course with a long tradition. Since its opening in 1974, it has been selected as the stage for numerous official professional and amateur tournaments, including the Japan PGA Championship, Japan Open Golf Championship, Japan PGA Senior Championship, and Japan Amateur Championship. Both the East and West Coursesーsurrounded by a variety of trees, including pines, cedars, camphor, and birchesーare renowned as genuine championship courses.

Although the East Course has a spacious layout with many holes for full-force shots, there are dangerously located cross bunkers and slightly undulating fairways, requiring caution. The West Course is strategic, with gentle uphills and downhills, water hazards, and doglegs.

In addition, the clubhouse was renovated in April 2024, marking the celebration of a new start.
